Description Listening to Dar is a biweekly mobile phone survey to monitor Public Services in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Long description Listening to Dar is a biweekly mobile phone survey to monitor Public Services in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The surveys are a representative sample of about 350 randomly selected residents of Dar es Salaam, who have agreed to participate in the survey. Participants are called once every two weeks and asked a set of questions on a particular topic. The collected data with analysis is released within two weeks. The current phase of the project has been running since October 2011.
